Hi, I’m Artem! I’m 20 and currently live and work in Dublin. I work full-time at Dunnes Stores and also study marketing online. My main focus at the moment is work, my studies, and building my career in marketing and modelling.

I’m quiet, respectful and tidy, and I would like to find a comfortable home with considerate people. I don’t smoke, have no pets and don’t host parties. I always clean up after myself and keep shared spaces tidy. I’m friendly and happy to chat, but I also respect other people’s privacy, personal space and daily routines.

I have a steady job and take paying rent and bills on time seriously. I value clear communication, respect house rules and would treat the property with care. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home, rather than a party house.

I’m looking for a furnished private bedroom just for myself, available seven days a week, ideally for around a year or longer. I’m happy to share the kitchen and other common areas, but I don’t want to share a bedroom. My budget is around €750 per month, preferably with bills included.

My preferred areas are Dublin 2, 4, 6, 6W, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18. Good transport connections to work are important to me. I’m happy to arrange a viewing, meet the people living in the home and answer any questions.
