Hi, my name is Thiago and I’m from Brazil. I currently live in Dublin 22, and I’m both studying and working in Dublin city centre.

I’m looking for a new place to live closer to my school and work, and I would like to move in on 5 October and stay until 6 April.

I’m 36 years old, a non-smoker, quiet, respectful and very organised. I came to Dublin ahead of my future wife, who is currently in Brazil, to prepare our life here before she joins me.

I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful home where I can settle during this period, and your place looks like a very good fit for what I’m looking for.

I’d be very happy to hear from you and hopefully arrange my stay with you.
