French mother relocating to Ireland for the 2027–2028 school year with my two children, aged 15 and 10.

We are looking for a comfortable and stable place to live from late August / early September 2027 until June or July 2028.

Ideally: • 2 bedrooms for the three of us • family-friendly house share, granny flat, annex or self-contained part of a home • furnished • access to kitchen and living space • children explicitly welcome • written agreement for approximately 10 months • good public transport — we would ideally like to live without a car

Preferred Dublin areas: Dublin 12 – Kimmage / Drimnagh / Crumlin Dublin 13 – Donaghmede / Belmayne / Clongriffin / Raheny and nearby areas

Budget: Ideally up to €1,600 per month in a shared-family arrangement. We can consider a higher budget for genuinely independent or self-contained accommodation.

I am a French communications and brand professional preparing to work in Ireland. My children will attend local Irish schools during the academic year.

We are quiet, respectful and looking for a genuine home for the school year rather than short-term tourist accommodation.

We would particularly welcome opportunities involving: • a family with two spare bedrooms • an independent granny flat or annex • a furnished home available while its owners are abroad • a longer-term family house-share arrangement
