My name is Tina and I am a full-time Senior Dutch Privacy Specialist, looking for long-term accommodation in Dublin, available to move in immediately. I am moving with my two small, senior Cavalier King (7 and 9 years) Charles Spaniels (7kg and 9kg). They are friendly (with dogs and humans), fully vaccinated, and completely house-trained. As a tenant, I do not host parties or guests, and I treat my living space as if it were my own. I have all my documentation ready to go. I can immediately provide:

  • Employment references
  • Previous landlord references
  • Bank statements showing a flawless history of on-time rent payments
  • ID I am prepared to pay the first month’s rent and security deposit immediately upon a successful viewing and verification of the keys. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you to hopefully arrange a viewing.
