Hi, I’m Ajai. I’m interested in the single room and would like to arrange a viewing if it’s still available.

I did MEngSc Structural Engineering at UCD and will be starting a full-time Graduate Engineer position at Techcrete in Balbriggan from 1 October 2026, and I’m planning to move around that time. I’m clean, respectful and quiet, and I’m looking for a peaceful place to live for a longer period at least more than 1 or 2 year.

I don’t drink, smoke or party for sure 😁.
