My name is Lukasz Buczko. I am 43 years old, a Polish national and a UK resident, and have relocated to Dublin for work. I am currently working as an asbestos operative, with a demanding schedule of approximately 10 hours a day, Monday to Sunday. I have a stable income of around £1,650 per week, so you can be assured that rent would be paid reliably and on time. I am a quiet, clean and respectful person. After long working days, I particularly value having a peaceful place to come home to. I enjoy cooking and take pride in keeping my accommodation clean and tidy. My wife and two teenage daughters remain in the UK, so while I am working in Dublin, I would be living alone. I am currently staying at Hazelwood student accommodation, but my accommodation ends on 31 August when the students return. I am therefore looking to move in from 31 August. Initially, I am looking to rent for two months, with the possibility of extending the tenancy depending on the continuation of my work in Dublin. I would treat the property as my own home and would be a responsible and considerate tenant. I would be very grateful for the opportunity to view the property and discuss the rental with you.
