I’m relocating from Germany to Dublin for a full-time tech role in sales. I’m going to stay in a temporary corporate apartment for the first three weeks of October but since the housing market in Dublin is so chaotic, I am already looking for a long-term place to settle down and would love to either join an existing house share or team up with someone to apply for a 2-bed/2-bath modern or serviced apartment together!

A bit about me:

Lifestyle: Clean, easygoing, reliable, and respectful of shared living spaces. I like to keep home a relaxed environment. I don’t smoke.

Interests: In my free time, I like going to the gym. Always down for a casual coffee or chat, but I also value personal space and quiet time after work. I would work from home 2 days out of the week.

What I’m looking for:

Option A: An ensuite room in a shared apartment/house preferably in Dublin 2, Dublin 8 (not too far from Grand Canal Dock).

Option B: A co-tenant to apply for a 2-bed / 2-bath complex together (e.g., modern developments like Grand Canal Harbour, D8, or similar high-end build-to-rents in D2, D8, or Docklands).

Move-in date: Flexible from mid-October to early November.

Budget: Open depending on the spot/setup (~€1,200–€1,500/month for an ensuite/shared unit).
