Hi! My name is Prathmesh Chauhan, and I am an international student from India coming to Cork to pursue my MSc in Finance (Investment & Asset Management) at University College Cork (UCC) for the 2026–2027 academic year.

I am a male student and will be arriving in Cork on 2 September 2026. I am looking for accommodation for approximately one year, preferably from around my arrival date.

I am a responsible, respectful and tidy person. I value a clean and peaceful living environment and will respect the property, house rules and other tenants. I am primarily focused on my studies and would prefer a comfortable home where everyone can enjoy a friendly but respectful atmosphere.

What I’m Looking For A private room, preferably a double room Private/en-suite bathroom preferred, although I am also open to a shared bathroom A clean, well-maintained and safe property Convenient access to University College Cork Good access to public transport and essential amenities Accommodation available for approximately 12 months Ideally available from 2 September 2026 Preferably a quiet and comfortable environment suitable for studying I am open to sharing the kitchen and common areas with other students/tenants

I am genuinely interested in finding a suitable long-term home in Cork and would be happy to provide any additional information required by the landlord or housemates. I would also be interested in arranging a viewing around or after my arrival in Cork.
