I graduated from UC Berkeley in California and completed my master’s in Data Analytics at UPenn.

I’m now starting a new job in Dublin as an account manager in a tech firm and am looking for a fully furnished room and nice warm environment.

I’m extremely clean, don’t smoke/vape/drugs, and have no pets. And I don’t do parties. I am calm and quiet at home and I bring a warm, welcoming vibe to the home

I love working out and travelling (I know it sounds like a cliche) but it is true. So my routine is pretty simple, working during the week and training and travel on weekends.

I always maintain a great relationship with landlords and roommates, with punctual payments and no issues.

I can provide all the documents, signed the lease docs (you share) and proceed to make the transfer
