Hello, my name is Lefteris Perogiannakis, I am a male 24-year-old postgraduate student from Greece, and I will be starting my Master’s degree in Toxicology at UCD (2026-2027 season). I am an easygoing, calm, clean and responsible person. I will mainly be focused on my studies, so I am looking for a quiet home where I can concentrate. I am respectful of shared spaces as well as the property. I am in Dublin so I would really like to arrange a viewing in person (the sooner the better). Even today I am available to come if possible. I am very interested in your property and, if everything is suitable, I would be happy to procced quickly with the rental process. Please let me know if there is any availability for a meeting.
