My name is Karim, and I’m getting in touch about the room with the private bathroom. I’m very interested and wanted to ask if it’s still available.

I’m moving from France to Ireland to finish my studies. I’ll be starting my final year of a Master’s in Software Engineering at SETU, and I’ll be arriving in Ireland on August 28th.

A little bit about me: I’m a clean, quiet and respectful person. I really value people’s personal space, privacy and routines, and I’m generally quite easy-going and considerate when sharing a home.

I don’t have any pets myself, but I absolutely love animals! I grew up with quite a few pets, and they’re still living with my parents back in my hometown.

I’d be happy to provide any documents or information you might need, such as a copy of my passport, visa, proof of enrolment at SETU, proof of funds/income, or anything else that would help you feel comfortable renting the room to me.

I’d also be very happy to have a video call whenever it suits you, so we can introduce ourselves and have a chat. I think it’s always nice to meet the person you might be sharing a home with, even before arriving in Ireland 😊
