Hi! I’m moving to Dublin to start a new role at an architectural practice in The Liberties and I’m looking to team up with someone to rent a modern 2-bed apartment.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and very tidy. I’ve rented before, so I know the drill when it comes to keeping shared spaces clean, paying bills on time, and being considerate of the people I live with. I enjoy having a comfortable, relaxed home and am looking for someone with a similar mindset.

I’ll be working Mon-Fri in the office. Outside work I enjoy going to the gym,swimming and playing paddle.

My budget is up to €1,400 per month, so I’d be looking at apartments around €2,800/month to split evenly. Ideally I’d love a newer apartment with good amenities, but I’m open to the right place and the right roommate.
