Professional couple (married), non-smokers, no kids, no animals, clean and quiet. Highly respectful of shared spaces. We’re not the type to spend ages in the bathroom/toilet. We’re also artists (singer + music producer) but with no loud instruments, no singing in the house, very noise-considerate. Warm and helpful by nature.
