I’m in my final year of university (studying online) and I’ve been working at a local coffee shop for almost 4 years. My current rental contract ends in September, so I’m looking for a new room. About me: I’m quiet, very clean, and I always respect other people’s space. I’m easy to live with, I pay rent on time, and I like keeping the shared areas tidy. In my free time, I love traveling, exploring the city, or just having a quiet night at home. I have references ready from my work manager, my previous landlord, and my university teacher.
