My name is Laurence. I’m 24 years old and currently employed as a working professional in the city center near St. Stephens Green. I am a receptionist for my company, but I am not limited to just staying at my desk all day, so I am up and about for our clients and assisting them in their duties too. My company deals with private nonresidential real estate, like private offices and coworking opportunities. I am keen to find a residence either within or near the city. Currently, I live in Raheny and would love to work closer to my job, and seeing your property and how lovely it is, is perfect for me! I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized living space, and I enjoy cooking for both friends and family. It’s a passion of mine that I hope to continue in my new home. My work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday, allowing me to balance my career with an active social life. When I’m not at work, I enjoy entertaining others and making the most of my free time. With regards to a time/visit, I am free most evenings past 5pm, and would love to move in as soon as possible.
