I’m looking for a room to rent in or around Tralee from mid-August (around 10–16 August) as I’m starting a full-time position with Astellas on 17 August.

• 30-year-old working professional
• Full-time employment in the pharmaceutical industry
• Non-smoker
• Clean, quiet and respectful
• Looking for a long-term room if possible

My budget is up to €800 per month, depending on the property and whether bills are included.
