Looking for 1br / 2br / shared space from Aug 1st. I’ve moved back to Cork, and will be looking for a room or apartment for August 1st or earlier. My budget is flexible depending on the situation. I would prefer an apartment/single place to myself, but would consider a room in a shared space with 1 or 2 others. So anywhere from $800-2000 - depending on the type of space. About Me: 33, Male, Gay I have been living in Toronto for the last 8+ years. Nerdy, geeky, and love a good patio pint I love food and to Cook, Bake, Meal Prep, BBQ. PM/Consultant Engineer - new job starting in the city centre in July. Gym enthusiast Relatively Clean & organized, but not A-Type. A home should be treated like a home, and lived in, it’s not a 5☆ hotel. No car, so no parking needed. Love plants, so would appreciate an outdoor space, but will likely have indoor plants over time. Allergic to Cats / Dogs Scent / Perfume Sensitivity I would prefer to live with someone gay/queer, in a pet free home, in the city centre / suburbs with easy transport, and im happy to also work with others on here to find a place together
