I’m a friendly, clean, considerate, and respectful person. I’m looking for a room available from July 24.

I’m currently a university student in South Korea, and I’m attending a language school in Ireland. I’m looking for a place where I can stay for about 7 to 8 months.

I don’t smoke, and I don’t have any pets. Although I’m a university student, I worked in cafés and restaurants before coming to Ireland, so I can always pay my rent on time.

I’d really love to come and view your room! I’m available for viewings from the afternoon of July 10.
