I’m a working professional based in Dublin 2, near Huband Grand Canal Bridge, and I’m looking for a room in a good area with easy access to work — ideally within a 30-minute walk.

Quiet, clean, and organised housemate. I respect shared spaces and I’m looking for the same in return. A home with a good atmosphere, not necessarily anything fancy. I would like to be able to have family visiting once in a while, and I have no problem for other to do that as well.

Open to a long-term lease, budget €900-(1100€ bills included)/month. Available from [1/11].
