I am a TCD graduate and have recently been offered a full-time Trainee Energy Consultant position with EMG Energy Consultants in Ennis. I am currently relocating from Bray and looking for stable, long-term accommodation.

I am quiet, clean and respectful, a non-smoker, and I do not party. I have experience living in shared accommodation and always keep shared spaces tidy. I enjoy cooking Chinese food in my spare time and always clean up after myself.

I have sufficient savings and can provide my employment offer, proof of funds, ID, and a reference from my current landlord if required.
