Hello! We are a couple looking for a comfortable apartment in commuting distance to UCD. I am moving to Dublin from Sweden in July as I will be studying a Master’s in Archaeology. My fiancé will maintain his full-time job in Stockholm and work remote from Dublin. We are looking for a nice area with access to central Dublin as well as the University. We are tidy, respectful, and quiet and interested in renting for at least a few months to a year. We would be happy to pay an extra pet deposit as well as deep cleaning upon move out to ensure the apartment is kept in good condition for future tenants.
