Hi! I’m a 23 year-old French postgraduate researcher moving to Galway from September to June for a 10-month research internship at the University of Galway. I am a civil servant trainee back in France, so I have a stable situation, but more importantly, I’m clean, organized, and very respectful of everyone’s space and quiet time (especially during exam periods!). I’ve lived in shared flats before, so I know to be respectful and keep tidy the shared spaces. I’m not just looking for a room to sleep in; I’d love to find a friendly house where we can share a chat in the kitchen, cook together sometimes (I make a great French crêpes!), or head to the pub for a pint on weekends. I’m really excited to discover Galway and Irish culture!
