I am seeking a long-term home closer to the city centre, and the location is ideal for my commute with Drumcondra station, buses, and the city centre all nearby. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and am tidy, friendly, and easy-going — I work standard office hours and am out during the day. I am ready to move in from May 19th and happy to commit to the 1-year+ lease. I understand bills are split equally among occupants and that a €500 deposit plus first month’s rent is required.
