Baptiste Van-Poucke Delort

Hello, My name is Baptiste Van-Poucke, I am 23 years old and French. I moved to Dublin in September 2025 to improve my English before starting a Master’s degree, most likely in Business, Management or Strategy at UCD or Trinity College Dublin. I am currently living in a studio near Perrystown. I am looking for new accommodation as soon as possible. By the way im very respectful, clean, and well-organized. I have never had any issues with my previous landlord, who would be happy to provide a reference if needed I am attending English courses every morning until May 8th. I also started working in October at Smyths Toys as a Sales Assistant. I was kept on after the Christmas period and I am currently working weekends, with my managers planning to give me more hours during the week in the afternoons. I have personal savings (+/- 20k, and my family can also support me if needed to ensure the rent is always paid. If required, I can provide proof of my financial situation.
