Hi everyone! We’re looking for a single person/ two girls or a couple to join us in a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in Dublin 20. The room comes with your own separate bathroom. The rent is €1208 per month for the room or €604 per person for two people for sharing the same room (bills not included). The apartment will be ready to move in from April 1st.

We are preferably looking for a long term (1 year plus) and working professionals. Please Note, the security deposit will be the same value of the rent.

The location is very convenient — just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop with multiple bus routes that take you to the city centre in around 20 minutes. There is an Aldi in 5min walking distance and the Liffey valley shopping centre one bus stop away. There is also a gym within the complex.
