Hi! 😊 My name is Juan David, but you can call me JuanDa. I’m 34 years old and I’m currently living in Spain, and I’m moving to Cork to study English and work part-time.

I’m an electrical engineer with a Master’s degree in renewable energy, and I’m a very clean, respectful and quiet person. I really value a tidy home and good coexistence. I like calm environments, sleeping well, and keeping shared spaces clean and organised.

I love sports 🥋💪🏃‍♂️ and enjoy staying active and keeping a healthy routine.

My English level is A2, so at the beginning my conversation might be a bit limited 😅 — but I’m coming to Cork exactly to improve it. I’m confident that in 3 months we’ll be speaking much better together (and probably laughing about this!).

My plan is to study English in the mornings and work part-time in the afternoons, so I’ll have a stable routine. I’m responsible, friendly, and easy to live with. I respect privacy but I’m also happy to chat when it feels natural.

I’m looking for a shared room in a clean, peaceful flat, ideally with people who value respect, cleanliness, and good vibes.
