I’m an Irish born and raised 42 year old quiet clean, tidy, relaxed, friendly, separated male (non smoker, non drinker, non party goer). I’m looking for shared accommodation to rent with other people. I have been working as an IT professional most of my working life. I’m relaxed and easy going and looking forward to the opportunity to meet new people. I’m seeking work and studying at the moment so do be in and out of the house during the day. I’m living in Bray at the moment but the person I’m renting off was subletting it and now is no longer renting the whole house so all tenants are vacating.

I’m adaptable, easy to live with, and looking for a peaceful friendly affordable place where I can be at ease and relax. I value a clean home and am respectful of shared spaces and rarely have visitors nor play loud music.
