🏡 Large double room wanted in a clean, comfortable Dublin home

👤 I am a professional urban planner. I work hybrid on weekdays, 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 at home. Reliable and financially stable, looking for a settled, comfortable home.

I am looking for somewhere in/near the city centre.

✅ Very tidy and considerate. ✅ Sociable but value calm evenings to relax and recharge and quiet homes. ✅ Good sized double room with good storage and plenty of natural light. ✅ Bike storage is a bonus. ✅ Well-designed, clean homes — new builds or older homes that are well cared for.

I enjoy cycling, cooking, brunch, dinner and drinks, movies, galleries, travelling, and culture. I’m often out and about on weekends and some evenings.
