Javier Fraile Fernandez

Hi, I’m Javier, 28, from Spain. I’m moving to Dublin for work and looking for a room in a shared house or apartment, ideally on the south side (Rathmines, Harold’s Cross, Kimmage), but I’m flexible for the right place.

I’m easy-going, tidy and respectful, and I’m used to sharing with others. I like a calm and positive atmosphere at home. Outside of work I’m into sports, especially swimming and cycling. I’m also happy to be social and get to know the people I live with.

Budget: up to €1,100 per month

Move-in: land in Dublin on the 3rd of March and will be available to move in immediately. I’ll be staying in the city during my first week to arrange viewings, so I’m flexible with dates.
