I am a very quiet single 45 year old professional Irish male who works as a senior supervisor for the past 7 years for a large multinational engineering company based in Dublin. I neither drink nor smoke I am currently looking for a new residence to rent as my previous landlord for over 10 ten years have decided to sell their property. I always maintained a perfect payment record over that period including paying in full during the covid pandemic as my employer is classed as an essential service.
