Hi, we are a tidy and respectful couple (22F and 21M) looking for a room or apartment to rent. We are responsible, quiet, and take good care of any place we live in. We’re clean, easygoing, and always pay rent on time.

We also have a small, well-behaved male cat. He is fully litter-trained, doesn’t scratch furniture, and is calm, clean, and used to being indoors. We make sure he doesn’t cause any damage or disturbance. Sometimes we also take him for short walks outside on a leash.

We’re looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to call home and would be happy to provide references if needed.
