Some background on myself: I’m American (half Lithuanian - with citizenship). I moved to Ireland at the start of February after 6 months in France. I’m currently doing a work exchange in Wexford, but want to move on to find proper work ASAP. I’m quiet, level headed, and like my routines. I’m mainly just looking for a small, nice place to live and sleep. I have a substantial savings that I’d be paying my rent from while I find a job (proof available upon request). Also, I’m 19/turning 20 in March, but I’m quiet, level headed, and have always been told I’m very mature for my age. I’ve also just requested a reference from my previous landlord and it is in the works!
