I hope this message finds you well. My name is Şevval, and I’m a 25-year-old professional from Turkey, working as a project engineer for an energy consultancy firm. I work mostly remotely but head to the office twice a week.

I’m an extremely tidy, organized person—both in my home and in my life. I really value clean and well-maintained common areas. I’m quite quiet at home and love peaceful evenings where I can chill with a book and a cuppa. I think it is important to have quiet hours on the weekdays. I like hanging out with my flat mates, but I am cool not doing that too. I’m also a sociable city girl who enjoys cooking, going to the gym, hiking, and tackling a foreign language course in my free time. I don’t smoke.

I’m currently living in Limerick, but I am moving to Dublin. I can view the room anytime and though I can move on the 9th of February, I don’t have a problem paying the rent and the deposit right away after a viewing upon a contract.
