I am looking for a roommate in the DMV area, looking to move at the end of June once my current lease is up.

I’m looking for a roommate who is okay with dogs. I have a 8 year old dog, and she loves people - however she isn’t the best with other dogs but loves cats. I got her when she was 4 and was poorly socialized before, so its a slow go but after a few meetings she does well. I currently live alone in a one bedroom right now near Upper Marlboro, but I would like to move to a different area (Alexandria, College Park, Brentwood, Brookland, Navy Yard, maybe Arlington). I would like to find a place with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. I am open to finding one or more roommates.

I work full-time, the typical 8-5 desk job, but twice a week I get to work from home. I am pretty quiet and clean, my dog is too unless something scares her then she barks.
