I Send Messages But do Not Get a Response

Once you send a message on the website, the recipient receives an email notification of their new message. Unfortunately, some users are not as active on the platform, so we do encourage reaching out to multiple users, and calling/texting, if their number is accessible on the platform.

Messaging matters

We encourage both tenants and landlords to create thorough listings that discuss lifestyles and other specifics that would draw a roommate to your listing. For landlords, be sure to mention all costs exclusive of rent, and to discuss parking, transportation and local ammenities.

You may also want to consider featuring your listing to appear at the top of the search results page, this will help your listing stand out from the rest. We currently offer 10 days for $10 or 30 days for a $20.
