Riversdale Avenue

We have two spacious, completely redone bedrooms available to rent. Located on a quiet road near Terenure, the house is close to several bus stops with a short commute to TCD and UCD. It has a large front and back yard (great for parties and get-togethers), spacious communal rooms, and three shared bathrooms. The communal space is cleaned once a week, which is included in the rent price along with wifi and bins. Each room has its own desk, bright windows, and several have their own doors to the outside. Everything is brand new and has never been used. Please also note that not all rooms are included in the photos.

We are a group of three 19 to 20 year old students from Ireland and America looking for four roommates to share our space with. We’re a queer household open to people of all identities and backgrounds. We are respectful of everyone’s spaces, clean, quiet, and open to the occasional party. We’re looking for people who are able to move in as soon as possible, as we’re currently in the process of renting the property.
