Bright big room with a double bed a built in big closet in a two bedroom house at Dublin 4. The room for rent is the biggest one in the property and the window looks over the lovely backyard. The area is quiet, friendly and well connected. The nearest park is Herberts Park. The nearest bus stop is a block away and Tesco express is at the corner.

My current roommate and friend is going back home, and I’m seeking for a roommate who would like to share the space with me and my cat Byron. The house isn’t big, but the space is nicely distributed, for instance the bedrooms don’t share a wall, the kitchen is spacious, with a window and a door and totally detached from the living-room, which in my opinion is gold. The living-room is medium size but with a view and access to the backyard. All in all, is a nice cozy space where you can have your own privacy. Now about me and Byron, I’m quiet, chill, easygoing, neat, animal lover and bookworm. I work hybrid, 3 days from home and 2 at the office. Byron is a 12 year old ginger cat, who loves the sun.
